She is determined to promote fulfillment and purpose by speaking at various empowering events geared toward women to know their worth.

 

Known as a midwife who coaches women through the laboring process of giving birth to their dreams and goals, Helen makes a lasting impact in women’s lives through her ministry of word.

 

Helen is a wife, mother of 3 beautiful daughters, grandmother of 4 grandchildren that brings her joy.

Helen is a Vision Board Queen,  she is the author of Beyond Just Existing, the creator of the 31 Days Affirmation Series “Becoming a Better You”.
